How Do I Separate Different Sections of the Questionnaire With a Title or Introductory Question
If you have a questionnaire with different substantive sections that you would like to separate, you can use the ‘Introduction’ question type. Place the ‘Introduction’ before the first substantive section or question. In the question edit window enter the title of the section, which you can edit; increase the font size or make it bold. You can also write the introductory statement, which you can also edit.
You can also visually separate the title or introduction from the rest of the questions by clicking on the ‘Introduction’ question type and choose ‘Yes’ at the ‘Line after label’.
