Labelling a Question as Mandatory

You can label a specific question as mandatory in the 'EDIT' – 'Questionnaire' tab, in the right-hand side menu which is accessed by clicking on the question you want to edit. Tick the option 'Question is mandatory' and choose how respondents will be reminded of the question:

Soft reminder: the application will warn the respondent of the unanswered question, but will still allow them to continue;
Hard reminder: the application will not allow the respondent to continue until the question has been answered.

There is also a setting to set either a soft or hard reminder for all questions in the survey, or to remove reminder from all questions. These settings are available in the 'EDIT' - 'Settings' - 'Basic info' - 'Alerts' tab.
