How Can I Personalize My Survey With a Custom Logo?

Before you add a logo to your survey, it is necessary to first select the desired appearance of the questionnaire (theme). This can be done with the 'EDIT' - 'Design' tab. You can change the logo for any theme. The logo change also applies to display the survey on a mobile device.

The necessary steps for the inclusion of a custom logo in the 'EDIT' - 'Design' tab are as follows:

  • First, click to select one of the themes and then click on 'Customize', under the selected theme. If you have already selected a theme, you can make adjustments to the theme by clicking on the plus icon next to the caption 'User theme modifications and CSS themes' and then on 'Edit', right to the desired theme.
  • Customization options for the theme will be displayed, which includes the 'Upload logo' option.
  • Choose the desired image file on your computer (.png, .jpg and .gif formats are supported) by clicking on the 'Choose File' button.
  • The survey preview option will display the logo on the right side of the screen. If you are satisfied with the settings, click the 'Save Changes' button at the bottom of the page.
  • The selected image should not be too high to avoid potential overlap with other elements. For best results, the image ratio should be approximately 4:3 (width: height).
  • The logo is removed by clicking on the orange minus, to the right of the file we uploaded as the logo image.

*If the chosen logo is not uploaded or displayed, check the name of the image file for invalid characters such as accented characters and # % & * : < > ? / \ { | }. In this case, you should rename the file.

In addition to the above-described procedure, you can also use advanced techniques to incorporate your logo. However, this option requires knowledge of CSS overlays, where you can personalize the look of your survey and insert your own logo through coding, or upload your own CSS file. This can be done in the 'CSS editing' and 'Upload your own CSS' sections of the 'EDIT' - 'Design' tab.

Theme modification is only available to users of the 2KA and 3KA private packages, and CSS editing only to users of the 3KA private package.
