Why are the pages not displayed correctly and why is the content overlapping?
If the browser is not displaying the page and buttons correctly or the content is overlapping, the problem could be in the settings of your operating system (e.g. Windows):
- The screen resolution might be too low, which can be adjusted in the setting for 'Screen' or 'Display';
- It is possible that your browser window has a reduced or enlarged view. This can be adjusted by holding down the 'Ctrl' button and rotating the scroll wheel or with the keyboard shortcut 'Ctrl + 0'.
The problem might also be caused by the web browser, thus we always recommend you update your web browser to the latest version. If you have an outdated version of Internet Explorer (due to its advanced features, 1KA only supports Internet Explorer 9 or newer), the system will automatically issue a warning and recommend you upgrade or change your browser.
