Dostop z mailom je napredni modul, ki omogoča varovan vstop v anketo. Pred začetkom reševanja mora respondent vnesti svoj mail, nanj prejme enkratno dostopno kodo in šele nato lahko nadaljuje z izpolnjevanjem ankete.
Delovanje modula temelji na zagotavljanju popolne anonimnosti. Mail se uporabi izključno za namen pošiljanja dostopne kode, nikoli pa se ne povezuje z odgovori, ki jih respondent poda v anketi. Sistem preprečuje, da bi bilo na isti mail poslanih več kod, s čimer se zagotavlja enkraten dostop posameznega naslova. V podatkovni bazi se začasno hrani le informacija, na kateri mail je bila koda poslana, ter ali je bila določena koda že uporabljena. Ti podatki se ne prikažejo skupaj z anketnimi podatki.
Modul vklopite v nastavitvah ankete v zavihku Urejanje → Nastavitve → Napredni moduli → Dostop z mailom. Po vklopu je potrebno vnesti tudi besedilo pogojev uporabe, s katerimi se bo moral respondent ob vstopu v anketo izrecno strinjati. Brez potrditve pogojev uporabe respondent ne bo mogel nadaljevati.
Za dodatno zaščito pred zlorabami lahko vključite tudi reCAPTCHA preverjanje. Na ta način se zagotovi, da kodo za dostop zahtevajo resnični uporabniki in ne avtomatizirani sistemi.
Access with Mail is an advanced module that enables secure entry into the survey. Before starting the questionnaire, the respondent must enter their mail address, where they will receive a one-time access code. Only after entering this code can the respondent proceed with completing the survey.
The module is designed to ensure complete anonymity. The mail address is used solely for the purpose of sending the access code and is never linked to the responses provided in the survey. The system prevents multiple codes from being sent to the same mail address, thereby guaranteeing one-time access per address. In the database, only the information about which mail address the code was sent to and whether a particular code has already been used is stored temporarily. These data are never displayed together with the survey data.
The module can be enabled in the survey settings under Edit → Settings → Advanced modules → Access with Mail. After enabling the module, it is also necessary to enter the text of the terms of use, which the respondent must explicitly agree to before entering the survey. Without confirming the terms of use, the respondent cannot continue.
For additional protection against misuse, you can also enable reCAPTCHA verification. This ensures that access codes are requested by real users and not by automated systems.
