How to differentiate between respondents from different channels (e.g. Facebook, Instagram, etc.)?

If you want to separate respondents according to which channel you recruited them from (e.g. Facebook, Instagram, etc.) you can create different groups of respondents. You need to create a group for each channel separately.

Each channel will thus have its own URL link to the survey. The URL links of the individual groups are visible in the 'EDIT' - 'Settings' - 'Groups' tab and in the 'PUBLISH' - 'Overview' tab. The groups or channels will also be visible within the survey data in the 'DATA' - 'Browse' tab. For each individual respondent, the group or channel will be indicated next to their entry.

Example:

We want to invite respondents to complete the survey via Instagram, Facebook, email and our website. For each channel, we create a group and name it accordingly (Instagram, Facebook, email and website). We then share the Facebook group URL on Facebook, send out the email group URL via email, post the website group URL on our website and share the Instagram group URL on Instagram. For each respondent, the channel we recruited them from will be saved in the database alongside their answers.
