Method 1: If you have used Automatic Entries to test the questionnaire, you can delete them by clicking on the 'Delete auto generated data' button that appears above the data table.
Method 2: If you have added test units via the URL for test entries, which can be found at the top of the screen by clicking on the blue monitor with the letter 'T' or in the 'TEST' - 'Diagnostics' tab, you can delete all test items with one click. This is done by clicking on the 'Delete all test entries' button that appears above the database.
Method 3: If you entered the test data as real data, i.e. via the survey URL, then you can:
- Create a copy of the survey and collect the real data there, which is the most recommended solution. This can be done in the 'EDIT' – 'Questionnaire' tab by clicking on the copy survey icon in the top right;
- Alternatively, you can delete the data from the existing survey by enabling the 'Edit' option in the 'DATA' - 'Browse' tab, then selecting the test items and clicking 'Delete selected'. However, you should be careful not to delete any real data as well.
