1KA UPGRADE SUCCESSFULLY IMPLEMENTED (25.11.25)

On Saturday, November 29, 2025, we successfully completed a major upgrade of www.1KA.si and www.oneclicksurvey.com tools. Virtual domains and 1ka.arnes.si were also updated.The upgrade includes a number of new features, improvements, and fixes that will contribute to more efficient system operation and a better user experience.

Among the most important improvements, we highlight:

• New feature: creating surveys with artificial intelligence on 1KA.si and Oneclicksurvey.com: 1KA now allows you to quickly and easily prepare survey questionnaires using artificial intelligence. Details are available here.
• Sending e-mail invitations for 3KA package users: 3KA package users can now send up to 1,000 e-mail invitations for each survey, without any additional server settings.
• Graphical display of the new NPS (Net Promoter Score) question: We have added a visually appealing and clear graphical display of NPS question results, which allows for a more intuitive understanding of user satisfaction and loyalty.
• Update to the interface for sending email invitations: The interface upgrade includes a new option to save templates when sending reminders and the option to select recipients when sending reminders. 

After each upgrade, we recommend refreshing the page with CTRL + F5 or deleting files and images from the cache with CTRL + SHIFT + DELETE. More >>
