I am collecting personal data in the survey. What do I have to do?
In order to collect any personal data in the surveys, the author of the survey must obtain the appropriate consent of the respondent. Respondents must expressly agree to the collection of personal data, otherwise they cannot fulfil the questionnaire.
If you have a survey in which you collect personal information (name, surname, email, phone, etc.) and have appropriately marked it is a GDPR-binding survey, 1KA has a consent for the respondents, which may, if necessary further be edited. If the respondent agrees to collect data, he continues with the survey. In case he does not agree, the survey is closed for him (he is informed that he cannot complete the survey due to his disagreement with the collection of personal data).
