1KA 's survey interface is optimized to be mobile-friendly. When a respondent clicks on the URL to open the survey, the content is automatically adapted to their device. In order for the answers to be saved, the respondent must have an internet connection. It should be noted that more advanced and new question types, or more advanced layouts of basic question types (e.g. image hotspot, location, combination table, etc.) may experience some lag or cluttering on mobile devices. In this case, we recommend using basic question types or basic question layouts. More information on mobile customisation is available here.
The web application does not allow offline completion, but an offline version of 1KA is available which can be downloaded to your computer to complete a normal computer-assisted survey.
