Most browsers (Internet Explorer, Mozilla Firefox and Google Chrome) have a keyboard shortcut for deleting cookies through the combination of the following keys: 'Ctrl', 'Shift' (on the left and right sides of the row below the home row) and 'Delete'. A new window will open where you can choose the time period for which the browser should delete data. You also have the option of choosing which data you want the browser to delete.
In case of problems, it is best to delete all data from the beginning. Alternatively, you can delete only the cookies (Delete cookies).
If you have problems logging into the website, it is best to also delete stored passwords (Passwords) and autofill form data (Chrome):
- In Internet Explorer, choose Cookies, Form data and Passwords
- In Mozilla Firefox, choose Form History, Cookies and Active Logins
