The survey list shows all surveys of a user together with an indication of whether the survey is a potential GDPR-binding survey (the survey collects personal data). To identify potential GDPR-binding surveys, 1KA automatically checks whether:

the system for sending e-mail invitations is enabled,
the telephone survey module is enabled,
variables 'firstname', 'lastname', 'email', 'firstname', 'lastname' are present in the survey,
the location question type is present in the survey.

In the case of a GDPR-binding survey, the user must indicate this accordingly. In this case, the survey automatically provides you with additional options for editing the GDPR-required consent of the respondents.
