In the 'DASHBOARD' - 'Summary' tab, it is possible to view the IP addresses of the respondents and their frequency. The IP addresses are displayed under 'Survey redirections' - 'Details' - 'List of IP numbers'. In principle, each respondent should have their own distinct IP number, but it may happen that one IP number is listed more than once.
This can happen if:
- a respondent clicks repeatedly on the survey URL, but does not necessarily answer anything;
- a larger organisation has the same IP address for all their users (this is particularly common in the public sector);
- respondents answer the survey from the same computer lab or from the same internet café ('cybercafe').
