Why Did Several Respondents From the Same IP Address Completed the Survey?
In the 'DASHBOARD' - 'Summary' tab you can see the list of IP addresses of respondents and their frequency. IP addresses are listed under 'Survey redirections' - 'Details', after clicking on 'list of IP numbers'. In general, each respondent has their own IP number, but it can also happen that one IP number is indicated on several occasions.
This can happen when:
- respondent repeatedly clicks on the URL of the survey, but is not necessarily that he answers the survey;
- the whole organization has the same IP address (this is typical in the public sector);
- respondents answer the survey from the same computer lab or from the same internet cafe ('cybercafe').
