Since 2008 the 1KA application has been open to public use, with user registration being the only condition.
The process of user registration asks of the user to accept the general terms of use, which contain the privacy policy, cookie policy and anti-spam policy.
In the event of prolonged server strain (over 10,000 surveys daily), a limit on commercial use of the application is possible in the future.
