How do you feel after the holidays? What will be the situation in your family if you continue at this pace? Talk to your colleagues about whether they have the same problems. You really need to do something immediately about the situation at your work.
You should devote a little more time to your family and leisure. Or do you think you will enjoy life later? There is a risk that you may not have time later.
