The Institute for Ethnic Studies (Inštitut za narodnostna vprašanja) is implementing the project entitled Challenges of Immigrant Integration and Development of Integration Policy in Slovenia, financed by the Slovenian Research Agency.
The aim of the project is to examine the process of integration of immigrants and their descendants and analyse the existing integration policy in Slovenia. An important part of the integration policy is also a systematic study of the living conditions and needs of immigrants and their descendants, as well as of their perception of opportunities and obstacles encountered in the process of integration into Slovenian society.
By means of the following survey, the Institute wishes to gather relevant and up-to-date information about how integration is taking place and, above all, about the challenges that immigrants face in various social areas, such as education, labour market integration, health care, housing, and social and political participation.
The survey will take approximately 20 minutes.
The survey is anonymous and the data will be used exclusively for research purposes. By participating in the research (completing the survey), you consent to the use of your answers as part of research data.
Since the survey targets both new immigrants and those who have been living in Slovenia for decades, some issues are more relevant to the first while others are more relevant to the latter. Nevertheless, please try to answer all questions.
Please take a few minutes and start by completing the survey by clicking on the Next page.
