Setting a custom URL for a survey
When a survey is activated in the 1KA application, it is assigned to a serial number, which is then displayed in the URL of the survey; for example www.1ka.si/a/4669.
On the right side of the 'PUBLISH' – 'Settings' tab, you can add a custom URL, which will seem more desirable to the respondents by clicking on the link 'Add new custom URL'. You can use at least three characters for a custom URL, but you cannot use characters č, č, š, ž and đ. The system distinguishes between uppercase and lowercase letters.
The user can acquire the right to use the 'Add new custom URL' setting by purchasing the 2KA private package.
