Reporting a survey that violates the General Terms and Conditions of 1KA online surveying tool
When using the 1KA tool, the General Terms and conditions of the use of 1KA online surveying must be respected, as well as the privacy policy, cookies policy and antispam policy that are also part of these terms.
The standards of the survey methodology (inspired by AAPOR) have to be respected, therefore online questionnaires that are not intended for data collection (voting, administrative forms, survey research) are not allowed. This is mainly for the following purposes:
- any money-raising;
- wherever data collection is only an asset for sales, promotion, PR, marketing or promotion, including push-polling;
- surveys where personal information is collected and then used for purposes that the respondent was unfamiliar with.
If you come across a survey that violates the General Terms and Conditions of Online surveying on 1KA, you can report it to the author of the survey or contact SI-CERT.
You can also let us know to contact the author. In the event of a violation of the 1KA General Terms and Conditions, we will take appropriate action (deleting the survey and blocking the violating user).
