Export (Survey Archive)
In the 'EDIT' - 'Archive' - 'Export' tab you can save and download the archive file of the survey (questionnaire). You can export only the questionnaire or questionnaire along with the data.
- In the 'Survey' submenu, you can click on the 'Save' button to download the questionnaire file to your computer. The file is saved with the suffix .1ka.
- In the 'Survey and data' submenu, you can download the questionnaire file and the data to your computer by clicking 'Save'. The file is saved with the suffix .1ka. You can import this file back to 1KA at any time by clicking 'Restore survey from archive file'; questionnaire will be imported along with the data. This way you can copy the entire survey with the data.
In both cases, you can import the file back to 1KA at any time, and thus create the same survey. Import the survey back through the interface for creating a new survey. If you export a questionnaire and data, both questionnaire and data are transfered when importing. This way you copy the entire survey with along with the data. This option is often used to download surveys from our site to your own installation or virtual domain and vice versa.
