we are presenting you with a questionnaire, which serves as a tool to assess the process of your decision making in deciding for treatment in our hospital, your satisfaction with the quality of care received and your experience with the reimbursement process.
This questionnaire is a part of an international project HonCAB (www.honcab.eu), where patients from all EU member states participate. The research will serve to improve the experience of patients seeking care in other EU member states.
The research is co-financed by the European Agency for Health and Consumers (EAHC) of the European Commission.
Data obtained in this way will be treated with strictest confidence. The collected anonymized answers will be analysed by an international research team.
