Dear Sir / Madam,



three months ago you were treated in our hospital. We hope your health condition is further improved and that you feel satisfied with the care you received. As discussed during your enrolling in HoNCAB, this questionnaire will investigate your reimbursement procedures and your satisfaction about them. 

We really hope that you have already been reimbursed in the meantime. 


As you will remember, since October 2013 a new EU Directive (2011/24/EU) regulates the right for patients to seek treatment abroad. You are one of the first patients covered by this directive on cross-border patient mobility, therefore we 
would kindly ask you to answer the following short questionnaire on reimbursement helping us to improve the whole system.
