As discussed during your enrolling in HoNCAB, this questionnaire will investigate your reimbursement procedures and your satisfaction about them.

As you will remember, since October 2013 a new EU Directive (2011/24/EU) regulates the right for patients to seek treatment abroad. You are one of the first patients covered by this directive on cross-border patient mobility, therefore we would kindly ask you to answer the following short questionnaire on reimbursement helping us to improve the whole system.
